Where are you shipping Grocery from?

We ship from Pearland, Texas; which means delivery date and time depends on what part of the country you are (Same Day – 5 Days). Whatever the case is, your tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. We ship via UPS and FedEx, which means Order placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday. Deliveries within and around the Houston Area will be completed withing 24 Hours of the time the order was placed (Same Day for order placed before 6PM). Weekend orders will be fulfilled during the weekend (including Sundays) for orders around the Houston Area.

We send Up-to-Date Products Only.

Nimerex and Pearland African Depot continuously track all inventory, so that no expired food products will be sent out to customers. Kindly inform us of any product with close expiration date and we will gladly send you a new product. Never consume an expired product, it is not worth the risk. We also take extra measures to inspect every product sent to our members/customers. We need you to be healthy and happy, so you can come back for more.

Tracking information

After your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email or SMS.

Returns

At Nimerex, we care about food-safety and have taken a number of steps to ensure that only good quality products are shipped out. This means, we not accept returns on food items. However, kindly contact us if you are not satisfied with a product to discuss the possibility of a refund.

Information on Recipes

We do not provide recipes or “how to use” information of food products sold on the Nimerex Platform. Please contact each producer of the product, visit their website or read the instructions on how to use the product if available on the product label.

Nimerex Product Deliveries

Marketplace Products sold by Nimerex would follow the same pattern listed for Grocery delivery, with the exception of returns. All returns should be sent to the sender’s address, as displayed on the shipping Label. Returns should be no later than two weeks from time of delivery. Note: If you plan to return products purchased on the Nimerex platform, you are required to immediately send us a picture of the defect or problem as soon as you discover it, so that we can began the return process. Fulfilment & Delivery by other Vendors

Marketplace products sold by other merchants must strictly follow the Nimerex Model of shipping products as soon as order has been received or in less that 24 Hours of purchase. Nimerex customers should expect to received their products no later than 5 Days, if you live in the United States of America. Orders shipped outside the United States may take longer, however merchants must provide tracking numbers to Customers. Returns to third-party vendors on the Nimerex should be send to the “From” address on your shipping label. As described above, If you plan to return products purchased on the Nimerex platform, you are required to immediately send us a picture of the defect or problem as soon as you discover it, so that we can began the return process.
